Chris Norton

Chris Norton is an associate vice president based in Northmarq’s Boston office where he focuses on multi-tenant triple net lease (NNN) products. He has a background in data analytics and experience selling NNN industrial and retail properties.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Chris sold commercial NNN property for Northeast Private Client Group (PCG). He successfully expanded the firm’s presence into new regions and asset classes.

Prior to Northeast PCG, Chris was a data analyst for TJX companies, where he forecasted sales and created and executed shipping strategies. Before joining TJX, Chris gained valuable experience working with several startups at a renound incubator based in the innovation and design building (IDB Seaport).

Chris holds a degree in operations information management (data analytics) from Umass Amherst He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Massachusetts.
