Bryan VanCura

Bryan VanCura is a senior vice president with Northmarq's San Antonio office. He and his team are responsible for investment sales and capitalizations in Central and South Texas. Bryan is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, providing advisory, transactional and development services to clients. 

Before joining Northmarq in 2020, Bryan was an associate for Cushman & Wakefield San Antonio Commercial Advisors. Prior to brokerage, Bryan worked for a nonprofit, launching its presence in San Juan, Puerto Rico and then serving as an area director in San Antonio.  

He received his B.S. in international business at The University of San Francisco and an MBA with a focus in global entrepreneurship.
