Northmarq’s Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales team recognized in MAREJ’s Best of 2023

MAREJ’s Largest Mixed-Use Project and Largest Multifamily Sale was Jasper Columbia Pike (formerly known as Avalon Columbia Pike). Northmarq represented the seller, AvalonBay Communities, in the $105 million sale of the mixed-use property which features 269 units above 26,993 sq. ft. of fully leased ground floor retail.
