Milo Spector, Christian Tremblay, Haylee Williamson receive Connect CRE 2024 Next Generation Awards

MINNEAPOLIS (May 29, 2024) — Northmarq is happy to announce the recognition of three brokers/producers for the 2024 Next Generation Awards by Connect CRE: Milo Spector, Christian Tremblay and Haylee Williamson.

From over 500 submissions, Connect CRE selected over 100 winners representing 11 regions. The awards recognize the most talented young professionals in commercial real estate from leasing to investment and finance.

Milo Spector – California 

Spector is a senior vice president and one of the founding brokers of Stan Johnson Company’s (now Northmarq) Walnut Creek office in the San Francisco Bay Area. Specializing in education property investment sales, Spector has completed over 100 education property sales across 18 states and 17 brands.

Christian Tremblay – national 

Tremblay is a vice president of Commercial Investment Sales who specializes in single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease retail, cannabis and industrial properties. Tremblay has closed $600 million in transaction volume. Having started in selling single-tenant retail properties, over the past two years Tremblay has become one of the leading cannabis investment sales brokers in the country. 

Haylee Williamson – Texas 

As a vice president of Debt + Equity, Williamson is responsible for the origination of all areas of loans out of Northmarq’s Austin office. When Williamson joined Northmarq in 2023, she closed her first transaction within three months. She has been essential to the Debt + Equity team, as she has captured much of the non-multifamily business that the team would not have achieved or focused on previously.
