Originally serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Stan Johnson Company, Brad Pepin transitioned into the brokerage & advisory side of the company in 2005.  As a Director over the Business Development division of the Hughes Team, Brad brings nearly 20 years of real estate, finance, accounting and operational management experience to the team. He has actively negotiated, managed and closed several real estate deals ranging from $1 million to $60 million in deal size while serving on the team.  Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Brad served in various CFO and Corporate Controller roles, where he gained experience in lease & asset management, product marketing and operational leadership.
